Annual Workshop III and Career Lab

The Annual Workshop III and Career Lab features a proposal writing workshop and a panel session with some of RAINBOW's industrial partners focusing on the good job application. The writing workshop aims to training the ESRs in the writing of funding proposals to prepare for an academic career after RAINBOW. ESRs are asked to prepare a proposal for a MSCA Individual Fellowship and improve on it during the workshop under the guidance of a MSCA specialist of UCPH. Mutual feedback among the ESRs will be part of the training. As a preparation of a non-academic career after RAINBOW, a second track is planned, dealing with industry and how industrial employers review applicants. The panel consists of RAINBOWs industrial beneficiaries.
